OVERVIEW

Jax is played with 4 people comprising 2 teams with teammates sitting across from each other. Cards are dealt one at a time starting with the player to the left of the dealer. Before the first card is played players bid on how many tricks they think their team can take. The high bidder gets to choose trump. If the high bidder's team takes the number of tricks that he bid they score 1 point. If they do not then they are 'set' and the other team gets 2 points. The game ends when one team gets to 10 points.
